We're developing data centre sites in Manchester, Leeds, Newcastle and Edinburgh — each chosen for grid capacity, land availability and connectivity.
How We Work
We identify land and grid connection opportunities, and secure them directly with landowners and our network.
We take sites through planning and consenting to reach a fully consented, ready-to-build position.
We secure grid connections, private wire and bridging power — including gas and CHP — to get sites energised.
We manage construction and commissioning through to a fully operational asset.
